This kit is from a brand that I did not know, but it is complete and has the advantage of being supplied with a battery, which allows it to be autonomous. It's a real change, no grip to manage and no pedals to handle, an asset for a reasonable price. Of course, the battery does not have a large capacity, it lasted for three hours during the test I carried out on the synthetic skin that came with the kit. However, this is more than enough to get acquainted with the practice. It can of course be powered by a wired system, the cable is provided, but not the box for adjusting the dermograph. The set is very thin and ideal for small hands. Using the sleeve, you can adjust the length of the needle outlet, but I regret that this sleeve is not equipped with a clicking system as on professional models, allowing better precision.
The needles supplied with the kit are average, a bit too soft for me, but that is my personal opinion. The good thing about this kind of kit, at an attractive price, is that everything is ready to get a first idea of the art of tattooing. All that's left to do is draw a freehand pattern on the fake skin and take this first step, taking care not to press the dermograph too hard so as not to damage the motor, which is common among beginners on synthetic skin. It is more difficult to work on synthetic skin than on real skin, the lines will never be as precise as on human skin. However, this fake skin system makes it possible to manage several parameters before starting to tattoo yourself.
I highly recommend working on a table with good lighting, a thick cardboard plate, and household paper to absorb needle shock and vibration well. This will extend the life of the device. A good kit to start without breaking the bank and getting started before investing in much more expensive devices.
